Thematic in 3rd Quarter

Image
Our team is seen in this picture diligently gathering data in Barangay Mindoro. Equipped with notebooks, questionnaires, and electronic devices, we interact with residents to comprehend the most important concerns in their neighborhood. As we meticulously and precisely record observations, the atmosphere is exploding with teamwork, guaranteeing the accuracy of our research.  Interviewing locals and stakeholders regarding environmental awareness in the coastal areas of Barangay Mindoro was one of the most important aspects of our study. Speaking with fisherman, municipal authorities, and community members, we can see them discussing the difficulties they encounter. We learned about topics like trash management, marine pollution, and conservation initiatives directly as a result of these conversations. Their answers offered insightful viewpoints that influenced the course of our investigation. In this last moment, our team presents the findings from our community-based research, refl...

Third Quarter Learnings Reflections

Image
The third quarter is full of lessons learned. Along with learning about HTML lists and HTML frames, I also studied CBR. We have learned HTML over the last few quarters, which enables us to make our own web pages. Working together and supporting one another is crucial to completing our CBR more quickly and easily. In addition to the lessons learned, there are issues that we ran into. I found that the second quiz was difficult to complete since I forgot to put slash end tags, which resulted in code errors. I also constantly struggle with time management when working on requirements and quiz reviews. Also, we continue this quarter to make blog post that also bit difficult since i was manage my time in every schoolwork. Moving forward, I plan to improve my coding skills, which will allow me to perform better at work. I'm hoping that these lessons will help me...

A Journey Through Time

Image
The city of Vigan, which is located in the Philippine province of Ilocos Sur, has a rich past that still influences who it is now. The history of Vigan, from its Spanish colonial past to its current designation as a UNESCO World Heritage site, is one of adaptability, tenacity, and the timeless value of cultural heritage. Vigan was founded in the 16th century and rapidly rose to prominence as a major commerce hub during the Spanish colonial era. Its economic expansion was spurred by its lush hinterland and advantageous coastal location. During this time, the city's distinctive architectural style—a fusion of indigenous, Chinese, and Spanish influences—emerged. This colorful past is attested to by the Vigan Cathedral's commanding presence, ancient homes with capiz shell windows, and narrow cobblestone streets. Back then, Vigan culture was firmly anchored in tradition, emphasizing craftsmanship, community, and family. The city's social and economic life revolved around the bu...

Year of Growth, Year of Change

Image
The dawn of a new year brings renewed hope and joy for all. As I reflect on the past year, I've identified areas for personal growth, aiming to leave negative habits behind and cultivate a more meaningful, peaceful life. This year, I strive to improve my studies, avoid procrastination and set healthy boundaries by learning to say no. Throughout the previous year, I inadvertently developed a habit of cramming in my academic pursuits. However, I am determined to alter this behavior, as I was not satisfied with my performance. This year, I am committed to adopting more effective study habits with consistent effort, strategic time management and intentional learning strategies to have a better studies and to achieve my goals. Also, one of my primary goals for the new year is to break free from being a people pleaser. I've come to realize that constantly seeking validation from others can be detrimental. By setting boundaries and prioritizing my own needs, I aim to cultivate health...
